There are different ways you can prepare broccoli, to include this food that contains many vitamins and nutrients in your meal.
First of all, you require the following ingredients:
240g. macaroni noodle
12 walnuts
400gr. shrimp
1 garlic
Basil
1 small broccoli
2 tablespoons of grated cheese
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
¿How to prepare macaroni with shrimp and broccoli?
- To begin, wash the broccoli, remove the stem and separate into small twigs. Then cook in salted water for 4 minutes and finally drain the water.
- To prepare the pesto: Wash the basil and peel the garlic. Finely chop the garlic along with the basil and walnuts. Place them in the blender glass. Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil, the cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Blend until you have a homogeneous paste.
- Peel the shrimp, season them with salt and pepper and sauté them for 3 minutes in a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of hot oil.
- Then, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water for the time indicated by the manufacturer. Drain the macaroni and mix with the broccoli and shrimp.
- Finally, add the pesto to the pasta, stir and serve immediately.
